Processing

• Contact form: name, company, email, optional phone, need. To reply to you (pre-contractual steps at your request).
• Booking calendar: name, company, email, optional phone, size, topic, slot and format. To confirm your email address, organise the call and send you the relevant fact sheets.
• Free resource and follow-up emails: email. To send the resource then 3 emails over 2 weeks (consent, withdrawable at any time).
• Audience measurement: page views and events, with no cookie or personal identifier (legitimate interest).
• TechBot (website assistant): your answers stay in your browser and are only sent if you book a call, as a short summary attached to the booking. Nothing is kept if you close it.
• Protection against bots (legitimate interest): a calculation done by your browser, a hidden field, per-address limits and the Cloudflare Turnstile check, which looks at technical signals from your browser when you submit (Cloudflare, Inc., transfer covered by the Data Privacy Framework). A code is then sent to your e-mail address; only a fingerprint of it is kept, for 15 minutes.

Retention

3 years after the last contact, then deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Audience measurement works without cookies, so no consent banner is needed.
